Job summary

Alpha reimagines K-2 literacy using AI-adaptive applications and small-group workshops. You will lead structured-literacy instruction rooted in Orton-Gillingham, LETRS, Wilson, IMSE, or similar methods and drive measurable reading progress.

You will manage motivation sessions, run records and decoding probes, and analyze live data to tailor instruction. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

Certification in structured literacy or a Master's in reading instruction.
Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of K-2 structured reading instruction.
Ability to design reading lessons independently without a scripted program.
Experience using AI/adaptive learning data to inform instruction.
Willingness to work on-site at one Alpha campus in the specified locations.

Responsibilities

Create and facilitate small-group K-2 reading workshops based on structured literacy.
Lead daily motivation sessions to help students hit weekly adaptive-app targets.
Deliver running records, fluency assessments, and decoding probes for progress.
Analyze AI-generated data to differentiate instruction during sessions.
Be an energetic, engaging presence for K-2 students every day.
