Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. This role requires you to be a Guide for K-2 students, delivering structured-literacy sessions rooted in Orton-Gillingham, LETRS, Wilson, IMSE, or equivalent approaches, informed by live student performance data.

You’ll design small-group workshops, run motivation sessions, and use AI-driven data to tailor instruction.

Qualificações

• Certification in structured literacy OR Master's in reading instruction.
• 2 years of full-time K-2 structured reading instruction in past 5 years.
• Ability to design reading lessons independently based on data.

Responsabilidades

• Create and facilitate small-group K-2 reading workshops rooted in structured-literacy approaches, informed by live data.
• Conduct daily motivation sessions to reach weekly adaptive-app targets using gamification.
• Deliver and interpret running records, fluency assessments, and decoding probes.
• Analyze AI-generated data to differentiate instruction beyond scripted plans.
• Be an energetic, approachable presence for K-2 students daily.
