Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day with AI-adaptive apps and structured-literacy approaches to deliver targeted K-3 reading instruction. You will design 20-minute small-group workshops based on live data, and lead motivational sessions to drive weekly app objectives across campus settings.

Initial months focus on establishing credibility in the classroom, with performance data driving instructional templates for other Alpha campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline + 2+ years of full-time K-3 structured reading instruction in the past 5 years.
• Structured-literacy certification OR a Master's in reading instruction.
• Ability to create original reading lessons and explain instructional content independently of a published program.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Constructing small-group K-3 reading workshops using real-time adaptive-app data, anchored in structured-literacy approaches.
• Conducting daily motivational sessions that achieve 100% student completion of weekly app objectives.
• Analyzing AI-generated performance metrics to modify instruction within the same day.
• Conducting running records, fluency assessments, and decoding evaluations to generate progress.
