Responsibilities

  • Manage all school and state mandated assessment programs.
  • Research and secure facilities for in-person testing.
  • Train staff in testing procedures.
  • Track enrollment and order testing materials.
  • Ensure accuracy of testing materials.
  • Create test security and administration plans.
  • Monitor state testing for regulatory compliance.
  • Investigate and report test irregularities.
  • Coordinate testing across sites with Site Coordinators.
  • Develop staffing plans and onboard testing staff.
  • Communicate testing information to parents and staff.
  • Maintain Testing Database and tracking tools.
  • Track student accommodations.
