Job summary

Columbus State Community College (CSCC) in Columbus, OH is seeking a Territory Coordinator/Recruiter to drive K-12 recruitment across the Central Ohio region. You will coordinate outreach, build relationships with principals, counselors, and community leaders, and promote CSCC programs to prospective students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in outside sales or admissions recruitment.
• 3+ years in territory management/coordination.
• Established contacts in the K-12/high school environment.

Responsibilities

• Represents and promotes the College and recruits prospective students for Columbus State programs.
• Arranges and conducts recruitment activities and nurtures prospects through to admission and enrollment.
• Builds expertise on local workforce trends and transfer opportunities to grow enrollment.
• Maintains regular contact with future students and coordinates referrals to faculty and staff to facilitate enrollment.
• Assists with on-campus visits, student appointments, and campus tours as part of outreach.
