Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Communicates effectively in writing and speech.
• Proficient at troubleshooting hardware and software for end users.
• Able to work with Windows, ChromeOS and iOS.
• Able to respond to help desk requests by phone, email or ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level installation, diagnosis, repair and maintenance on computing devices and classroom hardware.
• Provide first-level technical support per District guidelines.
• Document daily activities in the work order system and escalate when needed.
• Provide training on use of classroom, mobile, and instructional technologies.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software as requested.
• Perform other similar duties as assigned.
