Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for an in-person, full-time (1.0 FTE) K-12 role in Monument, CO. CFs are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship. You’ll provide speech-language services, collaborate with educators and families, and support student communication and academic growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
