Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Brighton, CO. The position supports K-12 students with articulation, language, and social communication needs, with a 1.0 FTE schedule (Tuesday–Friday) and full-time school-year hours.

CFs are encouraged to apply, and mentorship is provided. You will conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families, receiving W-2 employment, liability insurance, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado SLP license and ability to obtain/certification as required.
• Colorado Department of Education certification or willingness to obtain.
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• CFs encouraged to apply and receive mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Hello, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in the Brighton, CO. You'll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and support provided.
