Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based role in Falcon, CO. You’ll support K–12 students with speech and language services, benefiting from strong mentorship for CFs and experienced SLPs alike.

This full-time, in-person position involves assessments, IEP goals, therapy plans, and collaboration with teachers and families to ensure carryover of skills. Competitive pay up to $65/hour, liability insurance, health benefits, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license or ability to obtain.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• CFs encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.

About the Role

Hello SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Falcon, CO. You’ll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.

What You’ll Do
