Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Montrose, CO. You'll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that impact communication and learning.

This role welcomes Clinical Fellows (CFs) and offers mentorship, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and W-2 employment with benefits. Licensure reimbursement and professional expense support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
