Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants for school-based positions near Peyton, CO. You will provide speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP to support K–12 students.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license (or eligibility)
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in SLPA or related field
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
• Implement therapy plans and activities
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
• Prepare therapy materials and support student engagement
• Participate in team meetings and ensure documentation compliance
