Ampersand Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for K–12 settings in Thornton, CO. The role involves psychoeducational evaluations, IEP development support, and collaboration with school teams.

We welcome both new and experienced clinicians who are passionate about student success, with competitive hourly pay and a steady school-year schedule. This is a full-time on-site position for the 2026–2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology required.
• Colorado CDE certification required by start date.
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, but not required.
• NASP membership a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
• Support students’ behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations
