Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a school setting in Greeley, CO. In this role, you’ll conduct evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success across multiple grade levels.

This in-person position offers a Mon-Fri schedule with 1.0 FTE hours, starting August 2026, and a competitive hourly pay up to $68. Liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) with company match are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Colorado CDE Certification (required by start date)
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
• NASP membership a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations
