Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School Psychologist for K–12 in Thornton, Colorado. This full-time role supports evaluations, IEP development, and collaboration with school teams to advance student success.

The position offers pay up to $68 per hour, liability insurance under W-2, health benefits, a 0.8 FTE+ eligibility, and reimbursement for licensure and CEUs, with a steady school-year schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent.
• Valid Colorado CDE certification required by start date.
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support students’ behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.
