Job summary

Soltant Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a school-based role spanning Pre-K through 12th grade across multiple district campuses. This on-site, full-time contract position focuses on delivering high-quality PT services in a dynamic educational setting.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and an active Florida license, with preference for prior school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Florida license to practice physical therapy required.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with Pre-K through high school students.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background check and fingerprinting per Florida rules; AHCA Clearinghouse familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site physical therapy services to a diverse student caseload across multiple campuses.
• Travel between district school sites to deliver consistent care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.
• Conduct evaluations and document progress per state and district standards.
• Participate in IEP development meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team.
