Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support students in a school setting near West Palm Beach. This onsite contract role features a focused, manageable caseload and a supportive team of educators and clinicians.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans aligned with IEPs, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student mobility, participation, and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida PT license.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric PT preferred.
• Knowledge of IEPs and documenting goals/progress.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and student-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans within a school environment.
• Deliver ongoing PT services as indicated in students IEPs.
• Consult regularly with educators and families regarding student needs and progress.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all educational and legal requirements.
• Adapt interventions to meet diverse needs and provide creative solutions.
