Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide on-site services across multiple school sites for K-12 students. This itinerant role focuses on delivering individualized PT interventions, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators to support student success.

The position requires active SC licensure, experience with IEPs, and strong communication skills. Travel between sites is required, with a full-time schedule through the end of the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications

• Current, active Physical Therapy license for South Carolina.
• Experience delivering PT services in K–12 settings.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person PT services to a K–12 caseload at designated schools.
• Plan and implement individualized interventions to support academic and functional goals.
• Monitor progress with data collection and progress notes in compliance with district requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy into education.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute clinical input as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in school-based therapy.
