Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide onsite therapy in a South Carolina K-12 setting. You will evaluate students, develop treatment plans, and document progress in line with school and federal standards.

You will collaborate with teachers and families to improve access to learning, recommend equipment or classroom adaptations, and monitor student progress across multiple grades in a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• SC PT license required.
• Comfortable working in K-12 educational settings.
• No telepractice (onsite only).
• Pediatric school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services to students across multiple grades.
• Evaluate needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress per standards.
• Consult with faculty, staff and families to support learning access.
• Provide recommendations for equipment, modifications, or classroom strategies.
• Monitor progress and serve as a resource on physical development and therapy.
