Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to support K–12 students across Sumter-area campuses. This itinerant, onsite role focuses on promoting mobility and independence within a collaborative school environment.

The contract runs through May 2027 with consistent full-time hours. You will travel between sites, deliver services aligned with IEP goals, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help learners succeed.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in South Carolina.
• Experience in a K–12 school setting preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites.
• Strong communication with teachers, families, and school teams.
• Ability to adapt therapy to diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services to K–12 students per IEP goals.
• Travel among multiple school locations to provide care.
• Create treatment plans and maintain documentation.
• Consult with educators and families to support objectives.
• Participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
