Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Texas is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, school-based contract to support multiple K-12 campuses from November through February. You will deliver individualized and group therapy to students, assess needs, and monitor progress while coordinating with teachers and families.

This itinerant role requires a current TX PT license, school-setting experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel between campuses.

Qualifications

• Active TX Physical Therapist license
• Experience delivering therapy in a school setting preferred
• It itinerant role supporting multiple campuses
• K12 student-focused therapy passion
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fingerprinting through TEA or willingness to comply (results in 7 days)
• References from two most recent supervisors required with application

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services to K12 students (individual and group)
• Assess student needs and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators and families
• Maintain detailed documentation per district/state/federal requirements
• Travel between campuses within the district
• Adapt interventions to diverse settings to support inclusive learning
