Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support K-12 students in a school-based setting under supervision. This contract role runs November through February 5, 2027, offering a balanced schedule and meaningful work that fits a busy lifestyle.

You will implement individualized and group interventions, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and educational staff to promote student growth and success.

Qualifications

• Active COTA certification with school-based experience.
• Valid pupil services license.
• Ability to provide therapy to children across a variety of ages and needs.
• Collaborative spirit for working with supervising OTs and educational staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized and group occupational therapy interventions as directed by supervising OT.
• Track student progress and participate in IEP meetings.
• Communicate clearly with teachers, students, and families to coordinate services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school/state guidelines.
• Foster a supportive, positive environment to help students reach their potential.
