Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support K-12 students in a dynamic educational environment. You will work full-time and partner with an experienced virtual OT to deliver meaningful therapy, fostering growth and independence for students across grade levels.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and school staff, implementing sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting plans to meet diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials and licensure.
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 students.
• Solid understanding of school-based occupational therapy practices.
• Comfortable collaborating virtually and on-site.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt to varying student needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy sessions designed by the supervising virtual OT.
• Support students with diverse needs in classroom and group settings.
• Monitor and document progress, reporting outcomes to supervising therapist.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school personnel to support student success.
• Assist with equipment, modifications, and tools to aid participation.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with privacy guidelines.
