Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer team and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training since 1993. This independent contractor role offers flexibility to fit around other commitments, with ready-to-deliver materials and a virtual trainer certification.

Trainers work nationwide, presenting to public, private, and charter schools. No quotas or curriculum writing required; earnings vary per event, with strong emphasis on credibility

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or educator with classroom experience.
• Strong presentation and coaching skills for adults.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development for teachers to use immediately.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement in schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and passion in trainings.
• Travel or deliver content remotely, coordinating with districts and schools.
