Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer team and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training.

This independent contractor role is remote-friendly and flexible, with no quotas and ready-to-deliver materials. Trainers bring classroom credibility; we provide certification and ongoing support, plus the opportunity to impact tens of thousands of students.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide using real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
