Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer team and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with no quotas and flexible, remote-friendly scheduling.

Trainers bring authentic classroom experience; we provide ready-to-deliver materials and a three-day virtual trainer certification. You can influence thousands of students through dedicated, nationwide programs.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Strong presentation, coaching, or facilitation skills with adult learners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use immediately.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide with real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
