Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide. This independent contractor role is flexible and remote-friendly, with no quotas and no required curriculum development.

Trainers provide ready-to-deliver materials and complete Time To Teach certification before delivering events. You bring classroom credibility and experience; we provide the resources and national community of trainers.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or related education professional.
• Strong presentation, coaching, or adult training skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development for teachers to use Monday morning.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
