Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer network and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is an independent contractor role with remote-friendly options and flexible scheduling, built to fit around other commitments.

You bring credibility and classroom experience; we supply materials, certification and support. Trainers are paid per event, with compensation that scales with effort and engagement.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, or education professional.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Comfortable delivering training to adult learners and groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction and student engagement.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism and passion.
