Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer team and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with no quotas and no curriculum to build.

You provide the classroom credibility; we supply the materials and certification. Trainers work on a per-event basis nationwide, with compensation varying by event and engagement.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Comfortable presenting and coaching adult learners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with long-tested strategies.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
