Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with no quotas.

Trainers bring classroom credibility while Time To Teach provides ready-to-deliver materials and certification. Trainers serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, with compensation per event and ongoing support from a national trainer community.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Work that fits your life (no quotas, no minimums).

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
