A paraprofessional role at Ampersand Therapy LLC in Aurora, CO offers full-time, on-site support for K–12 students during the 2026–2027 school year. You will provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, helping them access education and participate fully in classroom activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom.
• Assist with implementing behavior plans and classroom strategies.
• Support students with academic tasks and daily routines.
• Help reinforce social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Support students with transitions throughout the school day.
• Maintain basic documentation as needed.
