Ampersand Therapy is seeking a part-time Paraprofessional to support students at an Autism Intensive Learning Center in Boulder, CO. This role focuses on building academic, behavioral, communication, and social skills in a supportive school environment.

You will work with elementary students with autism and related needs, following the educational team's plans, and contribute to a positive learning climate during the school year.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children or students with special needs preferred.
• Experience supporting students with autism is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized support to elementary students.
• Assist with academic, behavioral, social, and communication goals.
• Implement strategies and interventions from the educational team.
• Support classroom routines, transitions, and activities.
• Encourage independence and positive behavior.
