Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring full-time paraprofessionals for a K–12 school setting in Longmont, CO. You will provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, helping them access their education and succeed in the classroom.

We offer W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, mentorship, and ongoing support. This role starts September 2026 and runs through the school year.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow direction and support behavior and academic plans.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom.
• Assist with implementing behavior plans and classroom strategies.
• Support students with academic tasks and daily routines.
• Help reinforce social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Support students with transitions throughout the school day.
• Maintain basic documentation as needed.
