Inuplands is seeking an enthusiastic onsite IT support specialist to provide Tier I technical assistance for Eminence Community Schools, including students, teachers, and staff. The role emphasizes clear communication and rapid troubleshooting in a dynamic K-12 setting.

Responsibilities include deploying devices at school year start, imaging software, repairing equipment, and using a ticketing system to log issues and escalate when needed, with regular collaboration with leadership and support

• Provide Tier I onsite technical support for the school by responding to issues submitted by the school staff and/or students.
• Assist with device deployment at the beginning of the school year and collection of 1:1 devices at the end of the school year
• Imaging, software installations and maintaining technology inventory

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier I onsite technical support for the school by responding to issues submitted by the school staff and/or students.
• Schedule and execute device deployment at the beginning of the school year and collection of 1:1 devices at the end of the school year
• Perform computer imaging and software installations and maintain/repair technology inventory.
• Troubleshoot and repair various devices and peripheral equipment including iPads, Macbooks, Chromebooks, Windows laptops, Windows Desktop PCs, interactive whiteboards.
• Work within our ticketing system to document troubleshooting steps and escalate when needed, collaborating until issues are resolved
• Collaborate with Onsite Services Leadership and Client Experience team to communicate status of tickets, projects and updates to school personnel
• Upholding Five Star quality of service onsite and participate in weekly leadership 1-on-1s, team meetings, and learning events
