Foxborough Regional Charter School in Foxborough, MA seeks On-Call Substitute Teachers to provide seamless coverage when regular teachers are absent. Substitutes follow prepared lesson plans, maintain a safe, orderly classroom, and engage students to stay motivated across multiple grade levels.

Assignments vary from single days to weeks, with middle/high school hours 7:30 AM–2:45 PM and elementary at 7:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualificações

• Education: Associate's Degree or at least two years of undergraduate credits (minimum of 48).
• Background checks including CORI clearance and fingerprinting.
• Current authorization to work in the United States by first day of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver teacher-prepared lessons across multiple subjects and grade levels.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment.
• Build quick, positive connections with students to keep them motivated.
• Adapt to a wide range of classroom settings and needs.
• Provide push-in support when not covering for absences, assisting with small groups, activities, and classroom instruction.
• Communicate effectively with teachers and administrators about student progress and classroom experiences.
