Job summary

Minnesota Connections Academy seeks a Manager of Interventions to lead MTSS, RTI, and PBIS across K-12, ensuring equitable outcomes and closing achievement gaps.

You will supervise teachers, design intervention curricula, establish Tier I–III guidelines, and develop protocols to monitor progress data, delivering coaching and monthly reports to the leadership team. Salary starts at $65k–$75k with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Teaching or Leadership License.
• 3+ years past data and analytical experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to translate data into insights and business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate a team of teachers and support professional development.
• Oversee design, expansion and improvement of MNCA’s K-12 intervention programs.
• Establish school-wide guidelines for Tier I (Universal), Tier II (Targeted), and Tier III (Intensive) interventions.
• Develop protocols for evaluating student progress data to determine intervention effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Oversee all aspects of intervention implementation and support.
