Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a remote Success Lead to support implementation of curriculum products across districts. You will foster district and school partnerships, develop comprehensive implementation plans, monitor progress, and deliver onsite leadership coaching.

Travel up to 50% of the time, primarily within Texas. The role requires at least 7 years in education, including 3 years as a school leader or instructional coach, with experience implementing curricula and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in education with at least 3 years as a school leader or instructional coach
• Experience managing a portfolio of strategic district partnerships
• Experience implementing one of Great Minds curricula and/or an aligned high-quality curriculum
• Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy
• Clear and succinct writing skills with the ability to produce implementation plans aligned to the organizational and product vision
• Strong organizational habits for successful goal setting, project management, and deadline execution

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic district partnerships and serve as the implementation relationship owner for Great Minds customers in a territory
• Plan and execute effective Great Minds implementations with district and school leaders, providing strategies, resources, and professional learning
• Support district partners to achieve KPIs aimed at rapidly improving student outcomes and scale services
• Provide on-site targeted support to district leaders, school leaders, and coaches, including visits and regular progress reviews
• Facilitate leadership professional learning networks, PD, and coaching sessions
• Gather, monitor, and report implementation success metrics and communicate insights to leadership
• Collaborate with sales to expand adoptions and serve as the primary content expert
• Represent Great Minds at conferences and contribute content such as blogs and whitepapers
