Great Minds in Texas is seeking a full-time Success Coach to support districts implementing Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, and PhD Science. You will deliver on-site coaching, professional development, and implementation support across Central Texas; travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience teaching or coaching with at least 1 year of experience delivering high-quality professional development.
• Experience implementing one of Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math.
• Proficiency with or alignment to Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog to provide high-quality on-site support, coaching, and PD.
• Collaborate with Success Leads to deliver contextualized services and deliver on-site coaching up to 80% of the time.
• Gather, monitor, and record implementation success metrics and communicate insights to leadership.
• Stay abreast of regional trends that influence customer practices and purchasing behavior.
• Represent Great Minds through conferences and contribute content like blogs and whitepapers.
