Job summary

Great Minds is hiring a Remote Success Coach to support district adoption of Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, Geodes, and PhD Science across Texas. You will deliver on-site coaching and professional development, collaborate with a regional team, and monitor implementation effectiveness to drive student outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of teaching or coaching experience, including PD delivery. Travel up to 80% is expected within the Texas region and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching or coaching experience, including delivering professional development.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math.
• Proficiency with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy.
• Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Experience as a campus instructional leader or coach.
• Ability to coach in multiple content areas (K–Algebra 2 Math and RLA).
• Experience with both digital and print education platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site coaching, PD, and customer implementation support.
• Collaborate with Success Leads to deliver contextualized services.
• Deliver professional services on-site up to 80% of the time in Central districts.
• Document and communicate insights and implementation metrics to leadership.
• Represent Great Minds at conferences and contribute content like blogs or whitepapers.
