Great Minds is seeking a Success Lead to support adoption and implementation of curriculum products across districts. You will foster relationships with district and school leaders, develop comprehensive implementation plans, monitor progress, and deliver onsite, job-embedded leadership consulting to drive student growth.

The role is remote, with travel expectations up to 50% focusing on the Midwest U.S. and living in Minnesota or nearby states may be advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in education with 3+ years in leadership or coaching.
• Experience managing district partnerships or curricula implementations.
• Experience with digital and print education platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of district partnerships and serve as the implementation owner.
• Plan and execute effective Great Minds implementations with district leaders.
• Support partners to achieve KPIs and scale services.
• Provide on-site coaching and regular progress reviews with partners.
• Coordinate with sales to expand adoptions and serve as content expert.
• Travel up to 50% (Midwest US) as needed.
• Document insights and communicate implementation progress to leadership.
