Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) in Ohio is seeking an Intervention Specialist to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional gaps.

You will collaborate with school teams to deliver SESI’s evidence-based learning models and CASE PBIS framework in smaller class settings. You will develop individualized plans, manage behavior strategies, and track progress while supporting diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies.
• Maintain student documents (IEPs, BIPs, incident reports).
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during school activities.
