Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking an Intervention Specialist to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional gaps for diverse students. You will collaborate with school teams and families to apply SESI’s PBIS framework and evidence-based models.

Qualifications

• Adaptability and flexibility to work with diverse student populations.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback to improve instructional strategies.
• Ability to respond to student needs with de-escalation and crisis management when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach and support learning.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans aligned with IEPs.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs and BIPs.
• Track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise and monitor students during transport and within the school.
