Job summary

FullBloom's SESI division seeks an Intervention Specialist to diagnose and address learning and behavioral needs in K-12 students. You will collaborate with school teams to tailor instruction and track progress in inclusive settings.

Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, managing IEPs and BIPs, implementing PBIS strategies, and ensuring safety, with smaller class sizes and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Intervention Specialist license required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps for diverse students.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to deliver SESI’s learning models and PBIS framework.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Manage and document IEPs, BIPs, incident reports, and evaluations.
• Track student growth toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Supervise students and coordinate movement within the school.
