Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks an Intervention Specialist to diagnose and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps.

You will collaborate with school teams and families to deliver SESI’s evidence-based learning, CASE PBIS framework, and individualized guidance to empower students to shine. You will contribute to smaller class sizes and participate in SESI’s professional development opportunities, while applying a data-driven instructional

Qualifications

• Current Intervention Specialist license required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching credential appropriate to the role.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Use SESI’s instructional models and curricula to teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character.
• Develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Implement behavior management and intervention strategies to maintain safety.
• Maintain student documents such as IEPs and BIPs.
• Drive, record, and track student growth toward goals.
• Supervise and monitor students within the school.
