Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking an Instructor Support Specialist to act as the main liaison for UI instructors in K-12 settings. You will provide guidance, resources, and ongoing support to ensure effective teaching across grade levels and subjects.

You will collaborate with Instructor Quality Specialists, facilitate onboarding and professional development, and monitor program compliance with school and district policies, contributing to student achievement and local talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Commit to working 35–40 hours each week.
• 2–3 years of experience in a K-12 educational setting or equivalent.
• Experience with neurodivergent students and Special Education preferred.
• Prior supervisory, project management, and client management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of K-12 schools and/or districts as part of the UI team.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for UI instructors.
• Monitor program implementation, instructor attendance and progress.
• Complete weekly classroom walkthroughs to monitor delivery and quality.
• Provide daily support to instructors aligning with school goals.
• Track and approve instructor timecard submissions.
