Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking an Instructor Support Specialist to act as the primary day-to-day contact for UI instructors in K-12 schools. You will provide guidance, resources, and ongoing support to enhance instructional delivery across content areas and grade levels.

Responsibilities include monitoring implementation, onboarding new instructors, coordinating with Instructor Quality Specialists, and maintaining strong communication with school partners to meet instructional goals.

Qualifications

• We require strong written and spoken communication abilities.
• Familiarity with instructional pedagogy and classroom practices.
• Experience managing client relationships in education settings is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for UI instructors and schools.
• Monitor instructor attendance, assignments, and progress to ensure quality.
• Conduct weekly classroom walkthroughs to assess delivery and outcomes.
• Provide daily support to instructors to align with school goals.
• Track timecards and complete Personnel Action Forms as needed.
• Support smooth onboarding and set up instructors for success from day 1.
• Mentor instructors and connect them with instructional coaches as needed.
• Maintain open communication with instructors and school staff.
• Collaborate with specialists to implement coaching cycles and improvements.
• Build positive relationships with school administrators and staff.
