Job summary

Unlimited Instruction LLC is seeking a dynamic Instructor Support Specialist to be the primary day-to-day contact for UI instructors, supporting K-12 schools across grades.

You will coordinate onboarding, monitor implementation, provide professional development, and ensure compliance with school and district policies. A bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in a K-12 setting are required; supervisory experience and work with neurodivergent learners are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 35–40 hours per week.
• 2–3 years in a K-12 educational setting OR equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising, managing projects, and client relations preferred.
• Experience with neurodivergent learners and in Special Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for UI instructors.
• Monitor program implementation and instructor progress.
• Coordinate instructor onboarding and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and contractual requirements.
• Maintain open communication with schools and staff.
