Job summary

Unlimited Instruction (UI) is seeking an Instructor Support Specialist to be the main day-to-day contact for UI instructors within K-12 partnerships. You will support program implementation, monitor instructional quality, and coordinate with school staff to drive student achievement.

In this role you will mentor instructors, maintain open communication, and ensure access to resources. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in education are preferred, with 25–40 hours weekly during the school year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Commit to 35–40 hours per week.
• 2–3 years in a K-12 educational setting or equivalent.
• Experience supervising or managing clients preferred.
• Experience working with neurodivergent students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of K-12 schools and districts as part of the UI team.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for UI instructors and address questions.
• Monitor instructor attendance, assignments, and progress.
• Complete weekly classroom walkthroughs to assess instruction quality.
• Provide daily support to instructors aligned with school goals and strategies.
• Process timecards and Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) as needed.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of instructors to school assignments.
