Job summary

SitelogIQ is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives in the Georgia K12 market. This role emphasizes complex, consultative sales and executive-level relationship management across large school projects.

You will drive the sales process from market research through closing, collaborating with engineers and project teams to deliver infrastructure solutions for Georgia public schools. A strong track record in sales leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in the K12 market or correlating experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in the building technology market.
• Construction Industry knowledge.
• Familiarity with accounting and finance principles, procurement, and administration of Georgia public schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for K12 schools throughout Georgia.
• Drive complex consultative solution sales and manage executive-level relationships.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team of professionals to advance opportunities.
• Prepare customer-facing presentations and RFQ/RFP responses.
