Responsibilities

• Support Regional Program Manager in delivering facility management services.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for Principals and CPS facilities teams.
• Collaborate on budget, funding priorities, and maintenance scheduling.
• Oversee facilities staff and third-party service contracts.
• Ensure CMMS data and facility conditions are accurately documented.
