Job summary

Bay Area Community Resources (BACR) is seeking a committed EXL Program Coordinator to lead high-quality expanded learning programs for K–12 youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will cultivate relationships with students, families, schools, and community partners while ensuring program quality, compliance, and equitable access.

The role emphasizes restorative practices, data-driven improvement, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 college units required.
• Minimum of 3 years in a K–12 educational setting or youth-serving program.
• Minimum of 2 years in supervisory roles leading adult staff.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, inclusive environment for youth.
• Build strong relationships with students and families.
• Support social-emotional learning using restorative practices.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to address needs.
• Lead daily program operations and ensure quality of expanded learning services.
